Refund policy
We have confidence in our own products and we know that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should this not be the case, then we do provide a money back guarantee on our products. As such, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please make it a priority to track your item. We will not be responsible for any lost items sent by you to us.
The qualifying refund amount for approved refunds will be the costs paid by you in respect of the products purchased less any relevant shipping costs incurred by us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will also not provide returns for:
- Any item not brought to our attention within 7 working days after delivery.
- Any item not in original condition and packaging, damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 business days. We will email you to confirm your bank details for the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@moveeperformance.com.
