Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Packages will be shipped at our soonest convenience. Courier may take up to 2-4 workings days from the day we’ve sent your parcel (public holidays not included). Courier deliveries are made to street addresses and not PO Box addresses. Deliveries do not occur over weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
An order will only be dispatched upon:
- The acceptance of your payment; and
- Verification of delivery / billing address.
Lost or delayed items
Should ordered items be delayed or lost, the buyer should contact the seller info@moveeperformance.com stating the tracking number. However, MoVee Performance cannot be held liable for any damage or loss by a third party once it has been handed over to the courier company.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Order confirmation
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the buyer when the order has been dispatched.
- Should no email, as referred to above, be received, the buyer should contact the seller at info@moveeperformance.com

We currently do not ship outside of RSA.
