What’s in the programme?

Each programme includes 8 online video exercise programmes specifically developed to assist every child in reaching the developmental targets for their age. These exercise programmes are digital, interactive, and fun. Once you have purchased the age-specific programme, you will receive exclusive access to the relevant programmes and products via our members-only YouTube platform.
